Shawn entered the mortgage arena in 2001, learning subprime and hard money lending and the art of structuring a deal. His execution of out-of-the-box approaches to complicated deal structures has allowed Shawn to focus on solutions that have helped many of his clients achieve their objectives.<\/p>


Shawn has been a licensed broker for almost 20 years and help form several mortgage entities. At one time, he had over 30 agents under his license who consistently closed over $300M a year in subprime loans, with Shawn averaging over $30M a year in hard money loans in the form of bridge and construction lending. niche clients in real estate financing. Jeff\u2019s dynamic career as a Certified
Public Accountant began to escalate when he established his own full-service,
boutique CPA firm in 1991, with a particular focus in the mortgage banking,
private equity lending, and real estate industries. Prior to founding Spiegel,
Jeff held positions with KPMG and Deloitte & Touche, two of the largest
accounting firms in the world.
Jeff\u2019s experience covers the full range of tax, accounting, audit, and consulting
services. Throughout his career, Jeff has specialized in providing these
services to a wide variety of industries including financial services, real estate,
investment partnerships, professional service firms and e-commerce. His
